Healing from Religion Intensives
“Deeper, faster-paced”
Eleven hours of focused clinical time across one Wednesday evening and one Thursday — a structured, experiential format built specifically for healing from religious harm.

Why an Intensive?
Weekly therapy is powerful — and some work wants a bigger container. An intensive trades many short sessions for one concentrated, carefully structured stretch of time.
Structured on purpose
Intensives are more formatted than weekly therapy. We know exactly what we're going to do before we begin — so we get in and do it.
Experiential, not just talk
The format is built around doing: timeline work, memory reprocessing, empty-chair work, and somatic check-ins — specific interventions I've built into a healing-from-religion format.
Room for the deep work
Some processing simply doesn't fit in fifty minutes. Extended time lets us open material, work it through, and close it well — in the same sitting.

How the Intensive Is Built
Three sections, one arc — from telling the story to taking your Self back.
Telling the Story
We map your history with religion on a timeline — a dry-erase board, the whole arc in front of us — and mark the pain points of your experience. We review developmental milestones that apply from childhood and teenage years. We will also highlight the impact of family relationships with caregivers, and how those shaped your encounter with religion.
Reprocessing
From your timeline, we choose two of the most significant memories and reprocess them — replacing the negative beliefs that were handed to you with ones that are actually true of you, and where there were harmful interactions, replacing them with what you needed instead. Depending on what fits you, this section may draw on EMDR or IFS work.
Handing It Back
Using empty-chair work, you hand back whatever beliefs and values no longer fit your adult self — to whichever old authority you choose. That may mean telling them what younger-you needed instead, and letting them know your adult Self is taking over now. We close with somatic check-ins, noticing what's connected to that old material in your physical body and what needs to shift.

Investment
Individual Intensive
$1,750
The full intensive is yours alone — all 11 hours focused entirely on your story, your memories, and your work. Booking an individual intensive reserves the whole date.
Group Intensive · 3 people
$1,150 per person
The same format, shared with two others. Everyone takes turns doing their work — and receives something an individual intensive can't offer: the compassionate holding of your story by people who understand.
Upcoming Intensive Dates
Dates are first-come, first-serve: reserve the whole date as an individual intensive, or claim one of three spots in a group intensive.
Intensives aren't the right fit for every situation — sometimes other supports need to be in place first. That's exactly what we'll sort out together in your consultation call, before anything is booked.
